Some call it the “TUB,” after its short-lived predecessor. And it’s true that the Type H, the first front-wheel drive van in wide circulation, continued its spirit. Introduced in 1947, and put on the market in June 1948, it lasted decades without any major change, up until the arrival of the C25 in 1981.
